| 摘 要： | 目的探讨检测血清中可溶性细胞粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)含量在大肠癌早期诊断中的意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定60例大肠癌、21例胃癌、17例乳腺癌、9例正常人血清中sICAM-1的含量。结果大肠癌和胃癌血清中sICAM-1较正常人明显增高(P＜0.01)，乳腺癌血清中sICAM-1较正常人无显著性差异(P>0．05)，大肠癌血清中sICAM-1阳性率较胃癌高(P＜0.05)，大肠癌血清中sICAM-1的含量与其病程及病理有明显关系。结论测定血清中sICAM-1的含量可作为大肠癌的早期诊断标准之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between the earlier diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma and contents of sICAM 1 in serum. Method:The levels of sICAM 1 in serum were determined by ELISA in 60 colorectal carcinoma, 21gestric carcinoma, 17 breast carcinoma and 9 healthy controls. Result:sICAM 1 in serum with colorectal and gastric carcinoma was much higher than healthy control ( P <0.01). sICAM 1 in serum with breast carcinoma was no significant difference than healthy controls ( P >0.05). Positive of sICAM 1 in serum with colorectal carcinoma was higher than gastric carcinoma ( P <0.05). Levels of sICAM 1in serum had significant relationship to course of diseases and pathology with colorectal carcinoma. Conclusion:To determine the contents of sICAM 1 in serum was one of standard in early diagnosis with colorectal carcinoma. |
