| 摘 要： | 目的：初步探讨系统抗凝、改善骨内微循环治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效，寻找治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的有效方法。方法：选择激素性股骨头缺血性坏死患者２１ 例共３２ 髋进行临床治疗，采用阿斯匹林进行系统抗凝，复方丹参、低分子右旋糖酐改善骨内微循环。结果：经３ ｍｏ～２ ａ，平均１１ ｍｏ 的随访，１２ 例患髋疼痛消失，７ 例患髋疼痛减轻，２ 例未改善。除２ 例３ 髋有放射学加重外，１７ 例２６ 髋表现放射学稳定，２ 例３ 髋表现放射学趋好。结论：系统抗凝、改善骨内微循环是治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的可行性方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the treatment of steroid-induced femoral head ischemic necrosis with anticoagulation and perfusion of bone microcirculatien.Methods:21patients involved 32 hips with steroid-induced femoral head ischemic necrosis were treated. The aspirin was used as anticoagulant, the compound Danshen and low molecular dextran were used to perfuse bone microcirculation.Results:After an average of 11 months followed up, the pain of hips in 12 cases disappeared, 7 cases alleviated and 2 cases didn't improve; the radiography in 17 cases with 26 hips had no exacerbation. 2 cases with 3 hips improved and 2 cases with 3 hips had exacerbation.Conclusion:It is a feasible method to treat steroid-induced femoral head ischemic necrosis with anticoagulation and perfusion of bone microcirculation. |
