| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察探讨核全冠修复后牙大面积缺损的临床应用效果。方法 :采用螺纹桩钉、光固化树脂、金属冠修复 5 4例并与传统充填修复 3 0例进行疗效对比观察。结果 :经临床三年追踪观察 ,治疗组成功率为91 0 7% ,对照组成功率为 4 0 0 0 %。结论 :两组经统计学处理说明治疗组优于对照组。核全冠修复后牙大面积缺损是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical effect of full crown with core prosthesis on the massive defect of posterior teeth. Methods: Using spiral post pin, light-cured resin and metal crown to repair 54 cases and to compare with 30 cases by traditional plug method. Results: Through three years follow-up survey, the rate of success of therapeutic group is 91.07% and that of control group is 40.00%.Conclusion: The curative effect of therapeutic group is better than that of control group. Full crown with core prothesis on the massive defect of posterior teeth is feasible. |
