| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨受流感病毒感染患者的机体免疫状态。方法：采用Ｍａｙ－Ｇｒüｎｗａｌｄ－Ｇｉｅｍｓａ染色法对４０例临床诊断为流感患者的外周血大颗粒淋巴细胞（ＬＧＬ）数量变化进行观察。结果：流感患者外周血ＬＧＬ百分率较对照组有显著升高（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：受流感病毒感染患者外周血ＬＧＬ数目增高，有助于病毒感染的控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to study immunological function state of patients with flu.Methods:Surveying the numbers of the peripheral blood LGL by May-Grnwald-Giemsa staining.Results:There were existed significant differences of numbers of the peripheral blood LGL between the patients with flu and the normal control ( P <001).Conclusion:The increasing numbers of the peripheral blood LGL is helpful to control the flu viral infections. |
