| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃肿瘤三维超声重建方法及临床应用前景。方法：对３１ 例胃肿瘤进行三维超声重建，所用仪器为奥地利产ＣＯＭＢＩＳＯＮ－ ５３０ 型三维超声成像系统。结果：透明成像模式，与其它成像模式如ｘ 线成像模式和表面成像模式组合，能同时识别胃肿瘤与周围组织的空间毗邻关系。结论：胃肿瘤的三维重建将对胃部疾病的诊断及制定治疗方案提供更为丰富的信息。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the methodology and clinical value of three dimensional(3D) sonographic reconstruction of the gastric tumor. Methods:31 cases of gastric tumor were studied. The instrument used with Kretz COMBISON-530 3D imaging system of Austria.Results:Transparency minimun mode was combined with X ray mode or surface rendering mode. The relationship between the gastric tumor and its adjacent tissues could be demonstrated clearly. Conclusion:The 3D images of the gastric tumor will be had clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric diseases. |
