摘    要:目的建立同时测定樟脑软膏中樟脑和氯霉素含量的反相高效液相色谱(RP—HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(60:40),流速为1.5mL/min,检测波长为289nm,柱温为25℃。结果樟脑和氯霉素质量浓度分别在0.75—3.75g/L(r=0.9999)和0.3—1.5g/L(r=0.9998)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为101.84%(RSD=0.57%)和97.13%(RSD=0.76%)。结论RP—HPLC法方便、准确,重现性好,可作为樟脑软膏的质量控制标准。

Abstract:Objective To establish a RP- HPLC method for content determination of camphor and chloromycetin in Camphor Ointment. Methods The C18 column was adopted as the stationary phase, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(60:40), the flow rate was 1.5 mL/min, the detective wavelength was 289 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The calibration curves of camphor and chloromycetin were linear within the concentration range of 0.75 - 3.75 g/L( r = 0. 999 9) and 0. 3 - 1.5 g/L( r = 0. 999 8), respectively. The average recovery rates were 101.84% (RSD=0. 57% ) and 97. 13% (RSD =0.76% ), respectively. Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and replicable, which can be applied to the quality control of this preparation.
