视网膜色素变性研究现状的文献计量学分析

摘    要:目的运用文献计量学分析近10年视网膜色素变性(retinitis pigmentosa,RP)的研究现状和发展趋势,比较国内外RP研究方向的异同。设计文献计量学分析。研究对象在网络数据库中检索到的近10年国内外发表与RP相关的论文。方法运用计算机在PubMed网络数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库中逐年检索1994-2003年所有与RP相关的文献,按不同研究方向归类汇总,采用计数资料的统计学方法进行文献计量学分析。主要指标逐年RP文献量的定基比和动态数列,RP各研究方向文献量的构成比及RP各相关基因研究的构成比。结果近10年国内外RP文献量总体呈上升趋势;国外RP论文数量的增幅和增长速度较平稳,国内RP论文数量增长较快;RP的分子发病机制和治疗是近5年国内外研究的热点。结论RP越来越多地受到国内外学者的关注,其分子发病机制和治疗仍将是未来研究的热点和难点。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status and the tendency of the study on retinitis pigmentosa(RP) by analyzing the bibliometrics. Design Bibliometrics analysis. Participants All the articles about RP published in lately ten years. Methods We searched articles about RP published from 1994 to 2003 in American PubMed database and VIP Chinese technologic journal database using the keyword "retinitis pigmentosa". These articles were classified by the different published year and different studying aspect, then the analysis of the bibliometrics had been done. Main Outcome Measure Relative ratio, dynamic series and constituent proportion. Results There is an increasing tendency of the amount of literatures on RP in lately ten years. The increasing pace and extent of the amount of domestic articles are greater than the foreign articles'. The leading aspects of RP studying are molecular pathogenesis and the therapy of RP. The hot genes of RP are RHO, RP3, P/RDS, PDE, etc. Conclusions The study of RP has been paid more and more attention in recent years and has lots of exciting achievements, especially in the area of correlated gene and therapy, both of which will be the hot points in the future.
