| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针刺配合穴位埋线对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的治疗效果。方法:将肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者60例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各30例,治疗组采用针刺加穴位埋线疗法,对照组口服二甲双胍治疗,共治疗3个月。分别观察治疗前后患者的体重、腰围、BM I值、月经及排卵情况。结果:在肥胖指标体重、腰围、BM I值、改善月经与排卵的疗效比较方面,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺加穴位埋线对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征在减肥的同时对卵巢功能有良好调节作用。
