妇产科PBL教学方法的优势与挑战

摘    要:基于问题的学习简称PBL(Problem Based Learning)是为适应现代医学模式而进行的一种新兴医学教学方法。近年来在我国医学院校开始试行并开展、推广。文章通过对参与PBL教学的师生进行调查,总结近年来我校妇产科PBL教学经验,发现PBL教学方法在提高学习积极性,培养临床思维与分析能力等方面具有独特的优势,但PBL教学也存在一些问题与不足,对授课教师和学生都提出了更高的要求。

Advantages and challenges of PBL teaching in obstetrics and gynecology

Abstract:Problem-based learning(PBL)is a novel method of medical education, which adapts to the modern education mode. In the recent years,it has been gradually carried out and developed in higher medical schools. By investigations of the students and teachers involving in PBL teaching and summary of the experience,it has been found that PBL has special advantages in raising the activity of learning, training the ability of clinical thinking and analysis. But it also has some disadvantages and has resulted in some problems, which have become challenges to the students and teacher.
