| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨手术后辅助放射治疗对低位直肠癌局部复发的影响.方法:72例低位直肠癌患者,分为单纯手术组和术后放疗组各36例.术后放疗组于术后半个月行三维适形调强放疗方法分割照射治疗,照射总剂量为5 000 cGy.比较两组的局部复发率.结果:随访4年,术后放疗组和单纯手术组肿瘤局部复发率分别为13.3%和30.6%(P＜0.05).结论:对低位直肠癌患者,术后进行辅助放疗有助于降低肿瘤局部复发.
