| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨无菌纱布在预防PICC导管性压疮中的应用效果。方法:将206例PICC置管术后患者随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用3 M透明敷贴按传统方法换药,观察组换药时将无菌纱布垫在PICC导管连接器与患者皮肤接触的位置。比较两组患者PICC导管性压疮发生率。结果:观察组患者Ⅰ,Ⅱ期导管性压疮的发生率低于对照组(P0.05),Ⅲ期压疮发生率两组比较无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:无菌纱布在PICC换药时的正确应用能有效预防导管性压疮的发生,减轻患者的痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the application of sterile gauze on preventation of pressure ulcer due to PICC catheter sexual. Methods：206 cases of postop-erative patients with PICC catheter were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. 3 M transparent patches were used in control group. In the treatment group,the sterile gauze was attached to the skin where PICC catheter （ swabs） connector was put on. The rates of pressure ulcers were ob-served. Results：The rate of pressure ulcers in the treatment group was lower than in the control group. Conclusion：Sterile gauze bandage in PICC with the correct application can effectively prevent pressure sores. It relieves the suffering of the patient and worthy of clinical application. |
