| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用双面复合型补片修补腹壁切口疝的手术方法及临床效果。方法：用双面复合型补片修补18例腹壁切口疝。结果：治愈18例。随访18例，随访期2～12个月，均无伤口感染和复发。结论：双面复合型补片应用于腹壁切口疝的无张力修补是安全、可靠、简便的，病人感觉良好的。

Application of double surface compound patch for incisional hernia repair of abdominal wall |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the operative methods and clinical effects of incisional hernia repair of abdominal wall with double surface compound patch. Methods 18 cases with incisional hernia of abdominal wall were repairred by double surface compound patch. Results 18 cases were cured.All cases were followed-up from 2 to 12 months. No wound infection and recurrence were found after operation.Conclusion Insisional hernia repair of abdominal wall with double surface compound patch is a simple,reliable and safe.The patient feels very well. |
