| 摘 要： | 目的：缩短门诊患者取药时间,解决门诊药房排队难题。方法：列举门诊分配取药窗口的多种算法,阐述“循环分配法”和“最少分配法”的优缺点。结果：大型医院在使用药房排队算法中“基于多个收费窗口同时考虑以患者为单位的循环分配方法”和“最少分配法”的可行性。结论：对药房排队患者取药时间起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To shorten the time spent in pharmacy for patients and to solve outpatient pharmacy queuing problem. Methods Algorithms of pharmacy windows distribution were listed to expound the advantages and shortcomings of ‘cyclic distribution method＇ and ‘minimum distribution method＇. Results Cyclic distribution method and minimum distribution method were feasible in large-scale hospital. Conclusion It plays an important role in shortening the time spent in pharmacy for patients. |
