乙酰肝素酶和上皮型钙粘素与子宫腺肌病发病的关系

摘    要:目的探讨乙酰肝素酶((Heparanase,Hpa)和上皮型钙粘素(E-cadherin,E-cad)在子宫腺肌病发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化染色(SABC法)检测52例子宫腺肌病患者的异位内膜、子宫内膜-肌层界面(endometrial-myometrial interface,EMI)和在位内膜中Hpa和E-cad表达,并与21例正常的子宫内膜组织进行对照。结果①Hpa在腺肌病组异位内膜、内膜-肌层界面以及在位内膜中的表达明显高于对照组正常子宫内膜,差异有显著性(P<0.05),但Hpa在腺肌病组中异位内膜、内膜-肌层界面以及在位内膜的表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)。②E-cad在子宫腺肌病在位内膜组中的表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05);E-cad在子宫腺肌病异位内膜组和内膜-肌层界面组中的表达显著低于子宫腺肌病在位内膜组(P<0.05)。③Hpa和E-cad在腺肌病异位内膜组与腺肌病内膜-肌层界面组中的表达差别无显著性(P>0.05)。结论Hpa和E-cad的异常表达可能与子宫腺肌病的发生有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between heparanase(Hpa) and E-cadherin(E-cad) expressions and the development of adenomyosis.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expressions of Hpa and E-cad in 52 specimens of ectopic endometrium,endometrial-myometrial interface(EMI),eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis and 21 specimens of normal endometrium.Results The expessions of Hpa in ectopic endometrium,EMI and eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis were significantly higher than in normal endometrium(P<0.05).The expressions of Hpa was not significantly different in ectopic endometrium,and EMI and eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis(P>0.05).The expression of E-cad in eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis was significantly lower than that of normal endometrium(P<0.05).The expressions of E-cad in ectopic endometrium and EMI of adenomyosis were significantly higher than tthose of eutopic endometrium(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the expressions of E-cad and Hpa in ectopic endometrium and EMI of adenomyosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expressions of Hpa and E-cad might correlate with the occurrence of human adenomyosis.
