慢性肾脏病与胰岛素抵抗相关性研究

目的探讨慢性肾脏病3—4期患者与稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA—IR）的相关性。方法选择住院治疗的56例CKD3—4期患者为慢性肾脏病组，健康体检人员35例为正常对照组（两组均除外糖尿病患者）。测量身高、体重、腰围、血浆葡萄糖、胰岛素、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、超敏C反应蛋白和白细胞介素6，计算HOMA—IR。采用SPSS13．0软件包进行分析。结果慢性肾脏病组与正常对照组之间空腹胰岛素和HOMA—IR比较差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。两组之间三酰甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、超敏C反应蛋白和白细胞介素6、腰围及体重指数均有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论HOMA—IR是预测慢性肾脏病患者胰岛素抵抗的独立影响因子，减轻胰岛素抵抗可保护肾功能。

Study of Relationship between Chronic Kidney Disease and Insulin Resistance
