参附注射液对大鼠(CA-CPR)模型心指数及循环恢复的影响

摘    要:目的观察参附注射液对大鼠缺氧型心脏骤停—心肺复苏(CA-CPR)模型循环恢复的影响。方法将60只清洁级SD大鼠随机分为两组,每组30只;采用气管夹闭窒息法复制大鼠缺氧型CA-CPR模型,治疗组于CPR开始后以参附注射液(2.0ml/kg)及肾上腺素(0.02mg/kg)静推,而对照组仅以肾上腺素(0.02mg/kg)静推,两组均每隔2min重复一次,直至自主循环恢复,比较两组肾上腺素用量、自主循环恢复时间、自主呼吸恢复时间及CPR后10min、30min、1h心指数CI的差异。结果治疗组不仅在心指数CI方面明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而且在肾上腺素用量、自主循环恢复时间及自主呼吸恢复时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液可明显改善大鼠缺氧型CA-CPR模型的心指数,并可明显缩短大鼠缺氧型CA-CPR模型的自主循环恢复时间及自主呼吸恢复时间,对促进心脏骤停后心肺复苏具有积极意义。

Effect of Shenfu Injection on Cardiac Index and Circulation Restoration of Rats(CA-CPR) Model
Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on cardiac index and circulation restoration of rats model of cardiac arrest-car diopulmonary resuscitation(CA-CPR).Methods 60 SD rats of clean grade were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 30 rats;sud den cardiac arrest cardiopulmonary resuscitation models were established by the method of tracheal occlusion.The treatment group was injected with Shenfu injection(2.0 ml/kg) and adrenaline(0.02 mg/kg) after CPR,while the control group was only injected with adrenaline(0.02 mg/kg),and the two groups were repeatedly injected every 2 min until the restoration of spontaneous circulation.Then compared the differ ences between two groups on the dosage of adrenaline,the recovery time of spontaneous circulation,spontaneous breathing and cardiac index(CI) after 10 min,30 min,1 h of CPR.Results The CI of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05).And the dosage of adrenaline of the treatment group was significantly less than the control group as well as recovery time of spontaneous circulation and breathing(P <0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection can improve the cardiac index of CA-CPR model rats,and significantly shorten the sponta neous circulation time,spontaneous breathing recovery time,which can promote the cardiopulmonary resuscitation after cardiac arrest.
