甲亢心脏病心肌细胞形态学改变(同龄对比)

应用甲状腺素的实验组和不用甲状腺素的对照组S.D鼠相比,用药一周和两周后,两组动物的体重无显著差异。而心脏重量差异非常显著。高甲状腺素用药一周,实验组S.D鼠的左、右心室壁心肌细胞的体积、长度、横切面积、表面积,宽度都显著增加。其中右心室心肌细胞厚度增加不显著而左心室心肌细胞厚度则明显增加;而在用药两周后,左心室心肌细胞和右心室心肌细胞厚度的增加均不显著。

MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN CARDIAC MYOCYTES WITH THE THYROID HEART DISEASE (AGING MATCHED)

Aging matched isolated myocytes were obtained from the S.D (Sprague Dawley) rats of Houltzman company in the U.S.A. All the female rats were served the normal food and the food with 0.6% thyroid tablets ground,We found that:1. The body weight of the rats in both experimental and control groups is the same, while compared to the same age controlcd rats, hyperthyroidism resulted in a significant in crease in heart weight, 2. Thyroid food for one week, the cardiac myocytes are significant increase in the heart dimensions compared to the control groups except the thickness of the cardiac myocytes in the right ventricle. 3. Thyroid food for two weeks, the myocyte thickness is not significant increase in the experimental groups compared to the control one.
