SP-A,D在宿主抗甲型流感病毒中的作用

肺泡表面活性蛋白A,D(SP-A,D)在宿主对抗甲型流感病毒(IAV)感染中起着重要的作用。SP-A能识别并中和IAV上的血凝素,而SP-D则主要结合IAV上的神经氨酸酶,致使IAV失活。它们都能抑制IAV复制能力及IAV对肺泡上皮细胞的初始感染能力。此外,它们都能介导并增强巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞吞噬和杀灭IAV作用。现就SP-A,D在宿主抗IAV感染中发挥的作用予以综述。

Role of SP-A, D in Anti-Influenza A Virus Infections

Effect of surfactant proteins A and D in anti-influenza A virus infections was significantl.SP-A could recognize HA which was on the surface of IAV,and neutralize it.While SP-D bound to IAV′s NA mainly,and made it deactivation,so the ability of IAV′s duplication and the infection of IAV to alveolar epithelial cells were restrained.Otherwise,the effect of macrophage or neutrophil killing IAV could be mediated and enhanced by SP-A,D.This article reviews the effect of SP-A,D in anti-IAV infections.
