| 摘 要： | 分子靶向治疗作为癌症治疗的新手段,以其低毒副作用和高效率的治疗效果正成为癌症治疗研究的热点。在生物体内有许多可以作为癌症治疗靶点的分子,这些靶点分子位于癌细胞的不同位置:细胞膜、细胞质、细胞核及细胞外基质。本文综述了癌症分子靶向治疗领域的研究现状及药物研发现状,为癌症分子靶向治疗的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Molecular-targeted therapy is a newly developed approach for cancer therapy. With the advantages of lower side effects and higher performance,this approach has become a critical focus of cancer research. There are various molecules that can be treated as therapeutic targets for cancer.
