大鼠下丘脑神经分泌细胞的免疫组织化学研究

摘    要:用免疫组化方法系统观察了大鼠下丘脑各部精氨酸加压素(AVP)和催产素(OT)阳性细胞的形态和分布。结果表明:AVP阳性细胞大部集中在视上核主部腹侧区、室旁核外侧亚核和视交叉上核。OT阳性细胞多分布在视上核主部背侧区、前连合核和室旁核内侧亚核、后亚核及外侧亚核周围部。在视前区第三脑室周围,紧靠室管膜,也可见许多OT阳性细胞。OT和AVP阳性细胞均见于环状核、穹隆核、内侧前脑束核等下丘脑附属核及第三脑室室管膜上皮内,但未发现两者在这些部位的数量和分布上有明显差异。

Abstract:The morphology and distribution of arginine vasopressin-(AVP) and oxytocin (OT)-positive cells in rat hypothalamus were observed systematically with immu-nohistochemical method. The results show that the AVP-positive cells were concentrated mostly in the ventral region of principal division of supraoptic nucleus (SON), the lateral subnucleus of paraventricular nucleus (PVN) and the suprachiasmatic nucleus while the OT-positive cells were found mainly in the dorsal region of principal division of SON, the anterior commissural nucleus, the medial and posterior subnucleus of PVN and the peripheral part of lateral subnucleus of PVN.In the preoptic region, more OT-positive cells were observed abutting the ependyma of the third ventricle.Both AVP-and OT-positive cells were found in the circular nucleus, the fornical nucleus, the nucleus of medial forebrain bundle, the tuberal division of SON and the ependyma of the third ventricle, but no obvious difference in number and distribution was seen between these two kinds of cells.
