摘    要:以中指浸冰水中的皮温、脉搏指数、氧耗量、尿中VMA排出量和血液 动力学指标等变化,观察了持续2个月的两种训练方法,(1) 负重行军锻炼;(2)局部冷刺激加体育训练,对于提高战士耐寒力和抗疲劳能力的效果。结果表明,局部冷刺激加体育训练方法可以获得较为满意的抗寒力和抗疲劳能力;行军锻炼可获得较好的抗疲劳能力,但对提高耐寒力效果不明显。冬季锻炼时,应有较大体力负荷和较强的冷刺激强度。

Abstract:Effects of different training on cold tolerance and ability to withstand fatigue in soldiers were investigated. Subjects were divided into (1) marching with load carrying group (2) local cold stimulation and sports training group, both of them undertaking daily training following specifically defined schedules for two months and (3) control group undertaking daily routine in troops and no other training. Skin temperature of middle finger in ice water, Pulse Index, O_2 consumption, urinary excretion of VMA and hemodynamic features were tested before and after training. Both training groups exhibited an apparently increased ability to withstand fatigue. Cold tolerance was improved in cold stimulation-sports group only. There was no any improvement in control group. It was believed that training in winter still needs greater physical load and cold stimulation intensity.
