预防产后出血的护理

笔通过72例产后出血病人的回顾性病例分析，认为产后出血因子宫收缩乏力、胎盘因素、软产道损伤、凝血功能障碍等引起。在临床上，预防产后出血必须从孕期开始，定期产前检查，及时纠正妊娠合并症，发现有产后出血的高危因素时住院观察，正确处理3个产程，加强产后的观察与护理，及时发现和诊断产后出血。

Prevent nursing of postpartum hemorrhage

Based on the restropartum analysis of 72 cases with postpartum hemorrhage,it was concluded that postpartum hemorrhage mainly originated from the ineria of uterus, placental factors, injury of soft birth canal, coagulation's disorder and so on .As far as clinical work is concerned, the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage should be done all through the period of pregnancy and meanwhile frocus on such things as scheduled pre- natal check- up ,timely correction of pregnant complications,hospitalization and observation of the patients liable to postpartum hemorrhage,3 stages of labor's management,reinforcement of the postpartum observation and nursing and timely diagnosis of postpartum hemorrhage.
