指纹图谱技术在中药对照物质标定中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨指纹图谱技术在中药对照物质标定中的应用。方法采用HPLC法建立了银杏叶对照药材和银杏叶对照提取物的指纹图谱测定方法。结果样品指纹图谱相似度均大于0.90。结论所建方法可全面客观地反映银杏叶对照药材和银杏叶对照提取物的化学特征,保证其质量稳定可控。

Abstract:Objective To investigate application of fingerprinting technology in calibration of TCM reference substance.Methods Fingerprints of Ginkgo Leaf reference drug and Ginkgo leaves reference extract were established by HPLC method.Results Similarities of all samples were above 0.90.Conclusion The proposed method can reflect the chemical characteristics of Ginkgo leaf reference drug and Ginkgo leaves reference extract in an objective and comprehensive way,and ensure their quality stable and controllable.
