| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定北合欢中槲皮素和山奈素的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱;甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液（50∶50）为流动相;检测波长为360nm;柱温35℃。结果槲皮素在0.0088~0.5262μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;平均回收率（n=6）为98.8%,RSD=3.0%。山奈素在0.0242~1.4496μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率（n=6）为100.5%,RSD=2.0%。结论本法简便,准确,重现性好,可作评价北合欢的质控方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferide in Celatrus orbiculatus Thunb.Methods A column of Diamonsil C18 was adopted,and the mobile phase was the mixture of methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid（50∶50）at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The wavelength was set at 360nm.Results There was a good linear relationship of quercetin in the concentration range of 0.0088～0.5262μg（r=0.9997）.The average recoverise（n=6） were 98.8%（RSD=3.0%）.There was a good linear relationship of kaempferide in the concentration range of 0.0242～1.4496μg（r=0.9999）.The average recoverise（n=6） were 100.5%（RSD=2.0%）.Conclusion The method is simple andaccurate.It can be used for the quantitative analysis of Celatrus orbiculatus Thunb. |
