软组织肉瘤12例综合治疗及预后分析

目的 分析软组织肉瘤手术、放射治疗、化疗的临床疗效及影响其预后的因素。方法 回顾性分析我院2004年7月-2012年7月收治12例软组织肉瘤患者的临床治疗及随访情况。结果 全部病例3,5,8年生存率分别为78.5%,42.8%,21.4%。临床分期是决定预后的主要因素,分期越早,治疗效果越好。结论 综合治疗可以延长软组织肉瘤患者的生命,临床分期是决定预后的主要因素,对患者生存期有显著影响。

Comprehensive treatment and prognostic factors of 12 cases soft tissue sarcomas

Objective To study the effectiveness of surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the clinical feasibility and prognostic factors of soft tissue sarcoma. Methods Twelve soft tissue sarcoma patients admitted from 2007 to 2012 were treated by the clinical data together with the effectiveness of different stages of clinical, surgical treatment, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results The overall 3-year, 5-year and 8-year survival were 78.5%, 42.8% and 21.4%, respectively. Conclusion stage is the predominant determining factor in prognosis. Early in stages, better the therapeutic effect.
