盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法将2013年1月—2014年1月我院收治的121例小儿支气管肺炎患者,随机分为2组,治疗组61例,对照组60例。2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入,对照组给予α-糜蛋白酶雾化吸入,疗程均为7d。结果治疗组显效率80.3%,有效率16.4%,总有效率96.7%;对照组显效率61.7%,有效率13.3%,总有效率75.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎能显著提高临床疗效,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Objective Observe the therapeutic effect of the atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydroehloride in the treatment for children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods Divide the 121 eases of children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 into two groups randomly, of which 61 cases are put in the treatment group and 60 cases are put in the control group. Both of the two groups were given conventional treatment. Besides, the treatment group was given the atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride while the control group was given the atomizing inhalation of Alpha chymotrypsin, both with a period of 7 days. Results The significant?efficiency of the treatment group was 80.3%, the efficiency was 16.4% and the total efficiency was 96.7%. The significant? efficiency of the control group was 61.7%, the efficiency was 13.3% and the total efficiency was 75%. There are statistically significant differences between the two groups (P〈0.01).Conclusion The atomizing inhalation ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment for children with bronchial pneumonia can greatly improve the clinical efficacy and is of a high application value.
