闭合复位经皮克氏针固定治疗第5掌骨基底部骨折脱位

目的总结闭合复位经皮克氏针固定治疗第5掌骨基底部骨折脱位的治疗经验与临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月—2012年12月收治的7例急性第5掌骨基底部骨折脱位患者的临床资料。结果通过X线摄片与查体进行随访,随访时间12个月~24个月,平均16个月,术后末次随访时根据疼痛、握力、灵活性进行评定,本组病例中优4例,良3例。结论经皮克氏针固定牢固可靠,愈合率高,是治疗急性第5掌骨基底部骨折脱位的有效方法。

Closed reduction and percutaneous pinning for fracture-dislocations of the base of the fifth metacarpal

Objective To explore closed reduction and percutaneous pinning for fracture-dislocation of base of the fifth metacarpal. Methods 7 patients who suffered from acute fracture-dislocations of base of the fifth metacarpal had been treated with closed reduction and percutaneous pinning were retrospectively studied since 2006. Results All 7 patients, all were follow -up, 16 months is on average. According to pain, function, disability and grip strength, the results were excellent in 4 cases, good in 3 cases. Conclusion Fracture-dislocations of base of the fifth metacarpal treated with close reduction and percutaneous pinning is reliable and effective.
