| 摘 要： | 目的评价微柱凝胶法检测新生儿溶血病的效果。方法采用经典抗人球蛋白法与微柱凝胶法对120例母婴A B O血型不合引起的新生儿溶血病患儿血清标本,进行检测与对比。结果三项检测中经典抗人球蛋白试验法检出阳性数分别为12,15,89,微柱凝胶试验法检出阳性数分别为12,15,89（其中游离试验8例、释放试验7例均为弱阳性,结果模棱两可）。结论经典抗人球蛋白试验在新生儿溶血、检测中稳定可靠,微柱凝胶试验法在新生儿溶血检测中可出现模棱两可、不稳定的结果。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the effect of microcloumngel method in detection of hemolytic disease of newborns. Method detect the serum sammples of 120 cases from the children with hemolytic desease of newborns caused by mother-to-child ABO blood type incompatibility with traditional tube method and microcolumn gel method.And comparison the effects of the two methods. Result The positive rate detected by microcloumn gel method is agreed with the traditional tube method. Conclusion The microclumn gel is equally effective with the tube method in the detection of hemolytic diseaseof newborns. |
