基层医院340例不合格血液标本原因分析

目的探讨基层医院血液标本不合格的原因,减少其发生率。方法回顾性分析本地区3家基层医院2013年1月—6月共计340例不合格血液标本,总结其原因及项目分布。结果在340例不合格血液标本中,不合格原因依次为有凝块或标本凝固（30.9%）,脂血（19.1%）,标本量不足（18.2%）,溶血（14.4%）,抗凝剂比例不恰当（7.7%）,血液稀释（5.0%）,容器错误（2.9%）,陈旧标本（0.6%）。其中红细胞沉降率标本和凝血功能标本不合格率最高,分别占30.0%和28.9%,生化标本占22.9%,血常规标本占18.2%。结论基层医院血标本不合格的原因多种多样,需加强人员责任心,提高技术水平,减少不合格血液标本的产生,提高检测结果的准确性。

Analysis of 340 cases of unqualified blood specimens of Basic-level hospital

Objective Analysis the reason of the unqualified blood specimens in the Basic-level hospital to reduce the number of unqualified blood specimens. Methods The region＇s three Basic-level hospital were retrospectively analyzed from January 2013 to June a total of 340 cases of unqualified blood specimens,and analysis of the reasons and the distribution. Results Unqualified in 340 cases of blood specimen,the unqualified reason followed by a clot or clotting specimens（30.9%）,fat（19.1%）,blood samples quantity is insufficient（18.2%）,hemolysis（14.4%）,anticoagulant inappropriate proportion（7.7%）,hemodilution（5.0%）,container error（2.9%）,old specimens（0.6%）,others（1.2%）.The blood sedimentation and blood coagulation function specimens were not qualified rate is highest,30.0% and 28.9% respectively,biochemical specimens（22.9%）,Whole blood cell count（18.2%）.Conclusion The unqualified blood specimens in the Basic-level hospital are diverse,that needs to strengthen staff＇s sense of responsibility,enhancing the technical level of staff,reduce the unqualified blood specimens and improve the accuracy of the test results.
