米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防高危产妇产后出血临床效果观察

目的探讨米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防高危产妇产后出血的临床效果。方法将106例高危产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,分别给予米索前列醇联合缩宫素和单用缩宫素,观察2组预防产后出血的效果。结果观察组产妇用药后血压、脉搏以及不良反应和对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,但是观察组产妇产后2 h、24 h出血量,产后出血率以及第三产程时间明显较对照组少,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论联合缩宫素和米索前列醇用于高危产妇产后出血的预防,效果显著,副作用少,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Clinical observation of Misoprostol combined with Oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage for high risk pregnant women

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage for high risk pregnant women. Methods 106 cases of high risk pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 53 cases respectively,and treated with misoprostol combined with oxytocin and oxytocin,then,the effect of two groups in preventing postpartum hemorrhage were observed. Results In observation group,blood pressure,pulse and the adverse reactions after using drugs were not significant different from control group（P〉0.05）. But the amount of bleeding postpartum 2 h,24 h,postpartum hemorrhage rate and the time of third stage in observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.001）.Conclusion Combined oxytocin with misoprostol for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage,the effect is good with fewer side effects,which is worth popularizing further clinical study.
