喉癌的CT诊断(附56例分析)

目的 :探讨喉癌的 CT诊断价值。方法 :对 5 6例经证实喉癌的 CT资料进行回顾性分析 ,并对其中 37例手术病例的 CT分期与手术病理分期进行对比 ,同时分析了喉癌 CT诊断与分期失误的常见原因。结果 :声门型 2 2例、声门上型 4例、声门下型 2例、跨声门型 2 8例 ,CT分期与手术病理分期总体符合率为 89.6 %。结论 :CT对判断喉癌病灶的部位与侵犯范围有重要价值 ,但在诊断早期喉癌与向周围侵犯程度较轻时有一定的局限性。

CT Diagnosis of Laryngeal Cancer (An Analysis of 56 Cases)

Objective:To discuss the value of CT diagnosis of laryngeal cancer.Methods:The CT scans of 56 patients with laryngeal cancer were analysed retrospectively.The CT staging were compared to pathologic staging in 37 patients.The error causes of staging and CT diagnosis of laryngeal cancer were analysised.Results:There were 22 cases of glottictype,4 of supraglottic type,2 of lowerglottic type and 28 of transglottic type.The corresponding rate of both CT and pathologic staging was 89.6%.Conclusion:The CT scan is of important value in judging the locationl and extent invalveal by tumor.But it has some limitations in diagnosing the early laryngeal cancer and judging the light extent invalved by tumor.
