大蒜素对解脲脲原体的体外抗菌作用

摘    要:目的检测解脲脲原体对大蒜素及临床常用的5种抗生素的敏感性,为临床合理用药提供实验依据.方法采用微量肉汤稀释法检测了大蒜素及临床常用的5种抗生素对197株Uu的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)的作用.结果大蒜素对Uu有较强的抑杀作用,MIC50和MIC90分别为2.0mg/L和4.0mg/L.结论天然药物大蒜素对Uu有较强的体外抑杀作用.

Abstract:Objective To examine the antimicrobe activity of allicin and 5 antibiotics against Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) for the guidance of rational use of antibiotics in vitro. Methods Effect of allicin and 5 antibiotics on minimun inhititory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration of 197 clinical isolates of Uu were detected with broth microdilution method independently. Results The effects of allicin were stronger than 5 antibiotics. MIC50 and MIC90 were 2.0 mg/L and 4.0 mg/L respectively. Conclusion Natural drug allicin has strong antimicrobe activity against Ureaplasma urealyticum in vitro.
