| 摘 要： | 目的:比较牛膝与土牛膝中齐墩果酸的含量,探讨牛膝的栽培品与野生品之间的差异,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用薄层扫描法分别测定牛膝、土牛膝(普通型)、土牛膝(肥壮型)中齐墩果酸的含量。结果:3个样品中齐墩果酸的含量分别为:牛膝1.30％±0.06％,土牛膝(普通型)1.43％±0.04％,土牛膝(肥壮型)1.53％±0.03％。结论:牛膝的野生品——土牛膝中齐墩果酸的含量高于栽培品——牛膝。
