| 摘 要： | 1986年后，我国北方多个省份出现了恙虫病的暴发或流行，各地随之开展了多项研究。在检索、复习国内有关恙虫病文献报道的基础上，作者按各省的发病情况和研究结果进行了归类，概述了目前国内恙虫病的地理分布和各省的研究现状，并提出今后开展研究工作的建议。

Here an overview of the geographical distribution and general situation on tsutsugamushi disease in China was summarized. |
