氟化钠对催乳素诱发分泌影响的体外研究

摘    要:应用半侧垂体培养和腺垂体原代单层细胞培养方法观察了NaF对PRL基础分泌和TRH、VIP及metoclopriamide诱发分泌的影响。结果是:1、氟中毒大鼠半侧垂体TRH诱发的PRL分泌降低。2、NaF对腺垂体细胞PRL基础分泌和TRH、VIP和metoclopramide诱发分泌均具有抑制作用。提示氟中毒时氟化物可能通过对垂体的直接作用而抑制PRL分泌。

Abstract:Effects of NaF on PRL release in dispersed anterior pituitary cells were observed.The results were that PRLbasal release and induced secretion by TRH,VIP and metoclopramide were both reduced when added NaF in medi-um of anterior pituitary cells.The reaction of PRL release on TRH was also seen decreased in cultured semipitu-itary with fluorosis.Our results indicated that fluoride may directly affect pituitary cells to inhibit PRL secretion.
