| 摘 要： | 本文将41例肝炎后肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血患者,分为两组,一组用脑垂体后叶素0.2～0.6u/min 持续静脉滴注治疗,一组采用综合治疗。结果脑垂体后叶素组出血停止占90%,综合治疗组出血停止占57.2%,两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。脑垂体后叶素具有止血快、经济、简便、患者痛苦少、临床管理容易等优点。

| Abstract: | Forty-one cases of posthepatic cirrhosis with hematorrhea from varices of esophago-fundus were admitted to our hospital from April 1984 to March 1991.All pa- tients were divided into two groups.One group was dealt with pituitorin by persistent vein drip (0.2～0.6~u/min),and another group was treated combinedly.The results indicate that the rate of hemorrhage stop was 90% in the treated group,and 57.2% in group of combined treatment.There was remarkable difference between the two groups (P<0.05) It is suggested that piterssin have many advantages such as quicker and better of hemastatic effect,more economy and easier,little sufferings. |
