再生障碍性贫血红细胞膜(Na~+·K~+)-ATP酶活性变化

摘    要:用酶学比色法测定10例再生障碍性贫血慢性期患者红细胞膜(Na~+·K~+)-ATP酶活性,结果为每小时2.577±0.86微克分子磷/毫克蛋白(均值±标准差),明显高于正常组。红细胞膜(Na~+·K~+)-ATP酶活性与糖酵解相偶联。再障慢性期(Na~+·K~+)-ATP酶活性升高,可作为病情变化的辅助指标。

Abstract:The determination results of (Na~+.K~+)-ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in 10 patients with aplastic anemia are reported.The (Na~+.K~+)-ATPase activity calculated statistically is 2.577+0.86μmol.P/mg protein/hour (x+s), which is obviously higher than that of normal control.The (Na~+.K~+)-ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane is coupled with glycolysis.The raised ' (Na~+.K~+)-ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in chronic stage of aplastic anemia may be used as a supplementary index of disease change.
