格林—巴利综合征患者β_2—微球蛋白和溶菌酶的测定

摘    要:研究目的探讨格林-巴利综合征(GBS)患者β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-M)和溶菌酶(LZM)的变化。研究设计病例对照研究。研究单位一附院患者和主要参与者 50例GBS患者,男31例,女19例,年龄11~57岁。对照组21例无神经系统疾患的外科小手术患者,男13例,女8例,年龄20~65岁;输血队员24例,男18例,女6例,年龄22~45岁。处理方法用放射免疫法测定β_2-M,用比浊法测定LZM。对结果进行t检验。结果 GBS患者,CSF中的β_2-M急性期较对照组高(P<0.05),恢复期较急性期低(P<0.025),急性期因呼吸衰竭死亡者较存活者增高极为显著(P<0.005)。血清的β_2-M较对照组高(P<0.025)。CSF中的LZM急性期死亡者较存活者增高也极为显著(P<0.0025)。结论 GBS患者的CSF和血清中的β_2-M和LZM与病情的严重程度密切相关。这两种蛋白质之间在血清或CSF中均无相关性。

Abstract:To search the changes of β_2-microglobulin (β_2-M) and lysozyme (LZM) in the patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS). Design, Case-control research. Setting The First Affiliated Hospital Patients and Participants In 50patients with GBS (31males, 19females) the range of age was from 11 to 57 years old. The controls were 21 patients undertook minor operation patients and without nervous system diseases (13males, 8famales, the range of age from 20 to 65 years old), Whose CSF were used and 24 blood donors (18males, 6famales, the range of age os from 22 to 45 years old), Whose serum were used. Interventions β_2—M and LZM were determined with radioimmunoassay and turbidment method, respectively. Results The levels of β_2-M of CSF at acute stage were significantly higher than the controls (P<0.05), declined at recovery stage (P<0.025) and obviously higher in cases of dead due to respiratory failure at acute stage than in the survival cases (P<0.005). The levels of β_2-M of serum at acute stage are higher also than the contrls (P<0.025). The concentration of LZM of CSF in the dead case are very higher than in the survivors (P<0.025). Conclusion The levels of β_2-M and LZM in CSF and serum are closely correlated with the patient s conditions. There are no correlation between β_2-M and LZM in CSF and serum at acute stagge of the disease.
