苦参碱联合甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的探讨苦参碱联合甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法120例患者随机分为三组，Ⅰ组给予苦参碱＋甘草酸二铵治疗，Ⅱ组给予苦参碱＋菌栀黄治疗，Ⅲ组给予苦参碱＋复方丹参治疗，对比三组治疗前后的临床症状以及肝功能、乙型肝炎病毒标志物变化。结果在临床症状、肝功能的改善程度以及HBeAg和HBV—DNA阴转率方面，苦参碱联合甘草酸二铵组优于其他两组，其结果具有显著性差异；后两组治疗效果无显著性差异。结论苦参碱与甘草酸二铵联合应用治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有较好的疗效。

Therapeutic efficacy of matrine and diammonium glyeyrrihizinate on chronic hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate therapeutic efficacy of matrine and diammonium glyeymhizinate on chronic hepatitis B.Methods 120 pafients with chronic hepatitis B were divited into three groups at random,then Ⅰ group WaS given matrine and diammonium glyeyrrihizinate,Ⅱ group was treated with matrine and skimmia japoniea,Ⅲgroup Wan given matrine and salvia miltiorrhiza.The observation of clinical manffesmfions and laboratory parameters and hepatitis B viral markers were conducted before and after the management.Results In the Ⅰ group,chnical symptoms improvement and TBIL and ALT normalization were superior to the other groups,and there were significant differences between them;Otherwise,there was no significant difference between the Ⅱ group and the Ⅲ group.Conclusion These results show that the Ⅰ group with matrine and diammonium glyeyrrihizinate may be an effective,economical and sefe method for chronic hepatitis B.
