| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨我院老年患者应用抗感染药物的合理性。方法:对我院2003年~2004年768例老年患者应用抗感染药物情况进行回顾性调查与分析,并以世界卫生组织提出的限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为依据,评价用药合理性。结果:抗感染药物的应用大多不合理,主要表现为首剂量偏大、疗程过长或过短及频繁换药。结论:在给予老年患者抗感染药物时,应根据其生理特性用药,特别是患有肝、肾功能障碍者更应引起重视。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To explore the rationality of applying anti-infective drugs to elderly patients.METHODS:Throu_ gh retrospective investigation and analysis of768cases of anti-infective drugs application to elderly patients during2003～2004,the rationality of drug application was appraised according to the DDD and DUI formulated by WHO.RESULTS:Most applications of anti-infective drugs were found to be irrational,which were manifested by a large first dose,an excessively long or short treatment course,or frequent changes of drugs.CONCLUSIONS:When anti-infective drugs are applied to elderly patients,the patients’physiological nature must be taken into consideration,especially for those with hepatic and renal function disturbance. |
