| 摘 要： | 对不同接触 CS-5年以上并经眼底检查无明显病变者143例(226眼)和非接触者35例(70眼)进行视力、视野及 ERG 检查,并根据接触的不同方式及浓度分组研究,结果表明:接触 CS_2各组视力下降者平均患病率为36.28%,而非接触组为28.57%,其间无明显差异(P>0.05)。接触CS_2各组视野明显缩小者平均患病率为36.73%,高于非接触组的15.71%(P<0.05)。视网膜电流图(ERG)的检查显示持续性接触 CS_2者异常 ERG 的患病率为28.57%,38.18%,明显高于非接触组的11.43%(P<0.01)。接触 CS_2组与非接触组之间视野缩小与 ERG改变无明显关系。

| Abstract: | 226 eyes of 113 cases who exposed to carbon disulfide(CS_2)at different levels for more than 5 years and 35 cases who never exposed to CS_2 received eye examinations including visual acuity,perimetry and ERG,The examinatee were divided into groups according to the CS_2 concentra- tion they exposed to.The results showed:the mean visual acuity decreasing rates were not statistically significance in all exposed groups(36.28%)and unexposed group(28. 57%)(P>0. 05);the mean incidence of the constriction of the visual field in all exposed group(36.73%)was significantly higher than that in unexposed group(15.27%)(P<0. 05);abnormal ERG were presented 28.57% and 38.18% in constantly exposed groups,but 11. 43% in unexposed group(P<0. 01).No valuable re- lation was found between constriction of visual field and ERG changes in all groups. |
