| 摘 要： | 目的观察脉络宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及血液流变学变化.方法治疗组应用脉络宁注射液30ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml中静脉点滴,1次/d,疗程14 d,并与维脑路通注射液对照组比较.结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为37.5%,两组临床疗效差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01);治疗组血液流变学参数应用脉络宁前后差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01).结论脉络宁是治疗急性脑梗死的有效药物之一,其临床疗效优于维脑路通.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and the change in hemorrheology of mailuonin curing acute cerebral infarction.Methods It was that 30ml injection liquid of mailuonin added into 250ml injection liquid of.the glucose of 5% or sodium chloride of 0.9% for intravenously guttae cured acute cerebral infarction in the treatment group once everday,the course of treatment was 14 days.It com- pared with the contrast group cured with the injection liquid of weinaolutong.Results The total effective- ness was 97.5% in the treatment group but 87.5% in the contrast group.The difference of the clinical curatlve effect in the two group was extremely notable(P<0.01).The difference of the parameters in hemorrheology was extremely notable(P<0.01)before and after the treatment of mailuonin.Conclusion Mailuonin is one of effective drugs in curing acute cerebral infarction and its clinical effectiveness is better to Weinaolutong. |
