儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜外周血免疫细胞的变化

①目的 了解儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）外周血T，B淋巴细胞的变化及其两者的关系。②方法 采用免疫荧光标记流式细胞仪对18例ITP病儿及20例对照组儿童外周血免疫细胞的数量进行检测。③结果 ITP病儿CD4明显降低，与对照组比较，差异有极显著性（t＝5．79，P＜0．01）；CD8明显升高，与对照组比较，差异有极显著性（t＝3．60，P＜0．01）；CD19和活化B细胞（CD3^-／HLA－DR^ ）明显升高，与对照组比较，差异有极显著性（t＝5．62，9．63，P＜0．001）。C4／CD8比值正常组与比值倒置组比较，CD19和CD3^-／HLA－DR^ 细胞的数量无显著性差异（t＝0．78，0．26，P＞0．05）。④结论 ITP病儿不仅存在T淋巴细胞亚群的异常，而且还存在B淋巴细胞异常。

THE CHANGES IN IMMUNOLOGICAL CELLS FROM PERIPHERAL BLOOD IN CHILDREN WITH IDIOPATHIC THROMBOCYTOPENIC PURPURA

Objective\ To study the changes and relationship between T and B lymphocytes in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).\ Methods\ T and B lymphocytes were detected with immunofluorescence method by flow cytometry in 18 cases with ITP and 20 normal children as the Control Group.\ Results\ CD 4 was significantly lower than that in the Control Group ( t=5.79,P <0.01 ), CD 8 was significantly higher than that in the Control Group( t=3.60,P <0.01), the numbers of CD 19 and CD - 3/HLA DR + cells in patients with ITP were significantly higher than that in the Control Group( t=5.62,9.63,P < 0.001 ). The comparison between normal and abnormal groups on ratio of CD 4/CD 8 showed no significance in number of CD 19 and CD - 3/HLA DR + cells in patients with ITP( t=0.78,0.26,P >0.05). \ Conclusion\ The patients with ITP not only have abnormalities of T lymphocyte subsets ,but also have abnormalities of B lymphocyte .
