腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血浆心房利钠肽水平的变化

目的:通过建立腹主动脉缩窄大鼠模型,观察腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血浆心房利钠肽(ANP)浓度的改变。方法:30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(14只)和模型组(16只)。模型组根据Doering等的方法,用银夹造成腹主动脉部分狭窄(银夹内径0.7mm);8周后计算左室心肌质量指数(LVMI),胶原染色观察心肌病理形态,放射免疫法测定血浆ANP水平。结果:造模8周时左室心肌胶原染色显示模型组有大量鲜红色胶原纤维,较假手术组有明显改变;模型组LVMI及血浆ANP水平较假手术组显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:腹主动脉缩窄大鼠造模8周时心肌符合纤维化改变,ANP在其过程中发挥重要作用。

The Changes of Plasma Atrial Natriuretic Peptide in Rats Model with Abdominal Aortic Banding

Objective:To investigate the level of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide in abdominal aortic banding rats model and to approach the role of ANP in myocardial fibrosis.Method: 14 SD rats were taken out randomly as sham-operation group in 30 SD rats,and 16 rats were model group. Myocardial fibrosis rat model established by partially banding abdominal aorta with silver clip(inside diameter 0.7 mm) according to method of Doering. Left ventricular mass index(LVMI) were calculated and left ventricle pathologic form collagen staining were observed. The level of ANP was detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: In the 8th week,the collagen pathologic alterations were obvious in model groups;LVMI and the level of ANP were incressed obviously in model group,compared with sham-operation group(P<0.01). Conclusion: In the 8th week,the rats myocardium pathologic alterations fit myocardial fibrosis after abdominal aortic banding,in which ANP play an important role.
