2012年某院抗菌药物临床应用分析

目的统计并分析2012年全院抗菌药物使用情况。方法统计全院2012年全年抗菌药物的品规数、使用量、使用金额，计算并分析每种抗菌药物的构成比、排序、日均费用（DDDc）、用药频率（DDDs）等指标。结果2012年抗菌药物使用金额占总用药金额的15．4％；住院抗菌药物使用率为58．9％；住院抗菌药物使用强度为48．97；门诊抗菌药物使用率为22．23％；头孢菌素类使用金额占抗菌药物金额的首位。结论本院抗菌药物使用情况基本上合理，但存在一定的滥用情况，医院需要加大整治的力度，以提高抗菌药物临床应用的合理性。

Analysis of Clinical Application of Antibacterials in A Hospital during 2012

Objective To investigate the application of antibacterials in the hospital during 2012. Methods The number of antibacterials varieties, volume of application, sales volume, composition ratios, DDDc, and DDDs of antihacterials were counted and analyzed. Results The sales volume of antibacterials was accounted for 15.4% of the whole drugs. The antibiotics utilization ratio of Inpatient department was 58.9%. The value of antibiotics use density （AUD） was 48.98. The antibiotics utilization ratio of Outpatient department was 22.23%. The top sales volume of antibacterials is cephalosporin. Conclusion The application of antibacterials in the hospital was basically reasonable except some abuse situations. The management on the rational application of antibacterials should be further strengthened in the hospital to improve the rational level of drug application.
