喷司他汀发酵液HPLC含量测定条件的优化

摘    要:目的对喷司他汀发酵液液相色谱测定含量的方法条件进行优化。方法在保证分离度效果的前提下,建立一种新的流动相测定喷司他汀发酵液以达到优化的目的。结果在0.0509mg/mL~0.3025mg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,n=6),新的流动相实验效果有明显的改善。结论本方法改善了原分析方法,具有快速简便,结果准确,重复性好,为优化含量测定的色谱条件提供了参考。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the content determination conditions of Pentostatin fermentation by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method was improved by changing the mobile phase. Results The linear range of Pentostatin was 0. 0509 - 0. 3025 mg/mL ( r = 0. 9997, n = 6). There was obvious improvement after the new mobile phase was adopted. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and reproducible, and can provide reference for the improvement of the chromatographic conditions of Pentostatin fermentation.
