参松养心胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1的HPLC含量测定

目的采用高效液相色谱建立参松养心胶囊中人参皂苷Rb，含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱为YMC—Pack C18（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-0．1％磷酸（30：70，v／v），流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为203nm，进样量为10止，柱温箱为35℃。结果人参皂苷Rb．在0．224—4．48μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为100．4％，RSD为1．6％。结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强，可以作为参松养心胶囊中人参皂苷Rb。含量测定的一种有效方法。

Determination of Ginsenoside Rb1 in Shensong Yangxin Capsule by HPLC

Abstract： Objective To determine the content of the ginsenoside Rbl in Shensong Yangxin capsule by HPLC. Methods YMC-Pack C18（4.6 mm ~ 150 mm, 5 μm）was used as column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid （30： 70, v/v）. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The wavelength was 203 nm. The injection volume was 10 μL, column temperature was 35℃. Results Ginsenoside RbI showed a good linear relationship between 0.224 -4.48 μg. The average coefficient of recovery was 100.4% , RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, specific, and can be considered as an effective method for determining ginsenoside RbI in Shensong Yangxin capsule.
