脑梗死大鼠血浆SOD、MDA变化及光量子液疗干预的研究

摘    要:目的 观察脑梗死大鼠血浆SOD、MDA变化及光量子液疗对其影响 ,初步探讨光量子液疗治疗脑梗死的机理。方法  4 0只Wistar大鼠随机分为 4组 ,每组 10只。A组为正常对照组 ;B组为脑梗死模型组 ;C组为光量子液疗组 ;模型制作后 4h、12h各ULI一次 (0 3ml/ 10 0g体重 ) ;D组为生理盐水对照组 ,于C组相应时间点注射生理盐水。 2 4h采血测SOD活力和MDA含量。结果 B组与A组相比 ,血SOD活力显著下降 ,MDA含量显著增高 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。光量子液疗治疗后 ,C组与D组、B组相比 ,血SOD活力显著升高 ,MDA含量显著降低 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而D组与B组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 脑梗死后血自由基反应增强 ,ULI可降低血浆自由基反应 ,这可能是光量子液疗治疗脑梗死的机制之一。

Abstract:Objective To examine SOD activity, MDA content in the blood of rats with cerebral infarction and to assess the contribution of ultraviolet liquid irradiation (ULI) treatment to them. Preliminarily explored the mechanism of ULI treating cerebral infarction.Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, each had 10 rats. Group A were normal control. Group B cerebral infarction were induced. Group C were treated with twice ULI(at 4h, 12h; 0 3ml/100g weight) after cerebral infarction. Group D were controlled to group C, rats were injected with normal saline(at 4h, 12h) after cerebral infarction. Blood was obtained after 24 hours to determine the activities of SOD, the level of MDA.Results Compared Group B with Group A, SOD activity was lower, the level of MDA was higher in blood, both were significance(P<0 05). After treatment, compared group C with Group D and Group B, the activity of SOD was significantly increased, MDA level was greatly decreased in blood, both were significance(P<0 05).There was no significance was found between Group D and B(P>0 05).Conclusions The activity of free radical response rises after cerebral infarction.ULI can reduce free radical response, This aspect might be the mechanism of ULI treating cerebral infarction.
