肺粘液表皮样癌的CT诊断(附5例报告及文献回顾)

目的讨论肺粘液表皮样癌的CT特点,提高诊断水平。方法搜集我院5例病理证实为肺粘液表皮样癌的病例,并结合回顾国内外相关文献,讨论其CT表现。结果5例病例中有4例位于右肺,多为椭圆形,肿块密度较均匀,未见液化坏死,增强后呈轻中度强化,1例见点状钙化;1例伴有阻塞性肺炎、肺不张;2例伴有纵隔淋巴结转移。结论肺粘液表皮样癌多为气管、支气管内或孤立的肺内结节,呈卵圆形或分叶状,可伴有阻塞性病变,部份可见点片状钙化,注射对比剂后呈轻中度强化。结合临床资料,CT能为该病的诊断提供帮助。

CT diagnosis of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the lung: 5 cases report and literature review

Objective To discuss the computed tomography (CT) findings of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the lung and improve the diagnosis.
