| 摘 要： | 目的探讨延期或过期妊娠宫颈低Bishop评分者应用普贝生引产的临床应用方法。方法分析我院45例延期或过期妊娠宫颈低Bishop评分者使用普贝生引产的促宫颈成熟有效率、辅助方法、引产成功率、剖宫产率及对新生儿的影响,并与现有文献作对比。结果延期或过期妊娠宫颈低Bishop评分者宫颈条件差,与现有文献相比,其使用普贝生引产时促宫颈成熟有效率、引产成功率、剖宫产率及对新生儿的影响无明显差异。结论延期或过期妊娠宫颈低Bishop评分者普贝生引产有效率,如果应用得法,是这类孕妇促宫颈成熟的理想药物。
